- New York State Department of Health (DOH) contract with the School of Public Health
- Recruit 4 regional Collaboratives (Each with cross-setting partners – hospital, nursing home, home care at minimum) – Buffalo, Rochester, Kingston, Binghamton
- Facilitate implementation of Gold STAMP – onsite coaching/training supports
- Measure process changes and impact on pressure ulcer
